Full-sublimation youth baseball jerseys and pants sized YXS–YXL, made to order in Sialkot and shipped factory-direct to USA leagues, travel programs, and schools.
This category covers the youth-sized pieces a Little League, travel ball, or rec league program orders together: game jerseys (button-front, two-button, and pullover cuts), batting-practice tops, and pants in full-length, knicker, and open-hem cuts. Matching hats, socks, and warm-up jackets can be added to the same production run so a league that outfits multiple age divisions receives one shipment with everything matched.
Fabric is 220–260 GSM breathable polyester/spandex as standard, chosen for a softer hand than adult-heavy weights and tested for pilling resistance and shrinkage before cutting. A 180–200 GSM lightweight is available for teams in hot-summer regions.

Youth teams often get the smallest adult jersey instead of a true youth cut. The shoulders hang off, the sleeves reach the elbows, and the jersey balloons when players swing.

Pants that wear through at the knee by mid-season

Pants are cut from the same 220–260 GSM polyester/spandex listed above, with double-stitched inseams and an optional reinforced knee panel. Full-length, knicker, and open-hem cuts are all available.
