Usually comes from low-grade elastic or a rushed waistband construction. Elastic is tested for recovery before your order runs.
A drawstring that’s too short, too thin, or falls out
A common cut corner on lower-cost production runs. Drawstring length and grommet placement are checked on your sample.
Taper that isn’t consistent size to size
Comes from inconsistent grading across the size run. Every size is checked against the graded pattern, not just the sample size.
Fabric that pills or thins at the knees after a few wears
A sign of low-grade fabric or the wrong GSM for the intended use. Every fabric batch is tested before your order runs.
Pockets that tear at the seam
Usually under-reinforced stitching at a stress point. Pocket seams are reinforced and stress-checked before bulk approval.
