Orders & Quotes

All orders begin with a custom quote request. Submitting a quote request does not confirm an order — an order is confirmed once you approve your design proof and pay the required deposit.

Minimum Order Quantity

All orders require a minimum of 50 pieces per design.

Production Time

Standard production time is 12–15 business days from design proof approval and deposit receipt. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

For custom sublimation jersey orders of 100–200 pieces, we guarantee complete delivery within 15 days of design approval.

Design Proofs

Every order includes a free design proof, delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation. Production does not begin until you approve the final proof in writing. Revisions to an approved proof after production has started may affect delivery timelines and could incur additional charges.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded before design proof approval. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials are cut and printed specifically for your design.

Artwork & Ownership

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or designs you provide. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

RebornWear is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (customs delays, shipping carrier issues, etc.).
