Quality Issues
A hood that sits crooked or a drawstring that pulls loose
Usually comes from rushed cording or a poorly cut hood panel. Every hood is checked against the sample before bulk approval.
Sweatshirts that stretch out of shape after a few washes
A sign the fabric was never wash-tested pre-production. Every fabric batch is tested before your order runs.
Ribbing at the cuffs and hem that loses its stretch
Comes from low-grade rib fabric or inconsistent tension in construction. Rib fabric is matched and tested with the body fabric, not sourced separately.
Color that doesn’t match panel to panel
Happens when dye batches aren’t controlled. We dye in single controlled batches per order.
Embroidery that puckers or sits off-center
Comes from poor stabilizer backing or careless hooping. Every embroidery placement is calibrated per design before the run starts.
