Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because every order is custom-manufactured to your team’s specific design, colors, names, and numbers, custom orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except as described below.

Manufacturing Defects & Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or does not match your approved design proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds (as opposed to replacement) for verified manufacturing defects are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Buyer’s Remorse

Since orders are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as sizing preference changes or design regret after proof approval — this is why we provide a free design proof before production begins, so please review it carefully.
