Common problems teams bring us, and how we solve them
Jerseys ride up or pull tight across the back once players put on shoulder pads.
Our men's pattern is drafted for play over gear: an extra-wide chest, dropped armholes, and a longer back hem. Sample jerseys are fit-checked over real pads before the team run is cut.
Crests and numbers peel, crack, or lift at the edges after a few months of washes.
The crest, numbers, and names are sublimated into the fabric, so there is no separate layer to peel. For teams that want a raised look, tackle-twill crests are available on request and sewn on with a zigzag stitch.
Jersey and sock colors don't match because they came from two different suppliers.
Jerseys and socks are printed from the same Pantone reference in the same production run, so the stripes and colors line up from shoulder to ankle.
