Sizing that doesn’t match the chart
Usually comes from poor grading or skipped shrinkage allowance. We test shrinkage on your exact fabric before cutting.
Shirts that shrink after the first wash
A sign the fabric was never wash-tested pre-production. Every fabric batch is tested before your order runs.
Seams that open under light stress
Usually skipped stitches or inconsistent tension. Your sample gets stress-checked before bulk approval.
Color that doesn’t match panel to panel
Happens when dye batches aren’t controlled. We dye in single controlled batches per order.
Prints that crack, peel, or sit crooked
Comes from rushed curing or careless setup. Every print method is calibrated per design before the run starts.
