MOQs vary by product: custom hoodies, sweatshirts, and streetwear jackets start at 50 pieces per design. Custom t-shirts start at 100 pieces. Specialty items like beach blankets have their own minimums — ask us for your specific product and we’ll confirm the exact number.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We produce pre-production samples so you can check stitching, print quality, and fabric feel before committing to a full run. Sample production typically takes about a week, plus shipping time to your location.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on order size and complexity. Smaller team orders typically move faster than large multi-hundred-piece runs, and items with more construction steps (like padded uniforms) need extra time. Can you match our exact colors (Pantone)?
Yes, we work from Pantone references and match as closely as sublimation and fabric dyeing allow. Minor variation can occur between screen, fabric, and print due to the nature of dye processes, and we’ll flag this during proofing if it applies to your design.
Does it cost extra to add player names or numbers?
For sublimated jerseys, names, numbers, and sponsor logos are part of the standard print process and don’t require separate stitching or patches, keeping customization straightforward.
Can you manufacture under our own brand (private label)?
Yes. We produce private-label orders with your labels, hang tags, and packaging specifications applied during production.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep production files and specs on record so repeat and reorder runs match your original approved sample.
Do you ship to the USA?

Vector files give the best print results — PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR. If you don’t have a vector file, send what you have (a mockup, reference image, or raster logo) and we’ll advise whether it needs to be redrawn.
