Youth basketball uniforms are the on-court kit for rec leagues, elementary and middle-school programs, travel teams, and junior varsity — a jersey plus short set built lighter than adult sizes and cut with a shorter torso so the fit stays right through a growth spurt. Every set is dye-sublimated in your team colors with names, numbers, and logo across the full garment.
We ship factory-direct from RebornWear's Sialkot facility to USA leagues, schools, and youth organisations. Because we cut per player, mixed-age teams can order every kid at their real size in one production run.
Youth jerseys ordered blank in adult sizes and hemmed short — the shoulders still slip and the armholes hang below the ribs.
Youth patterns are drafted from the top down: narrower shoulders, a shorter torso, and a proportional armhole for a 10–12 year old body, not a size-M adult scaled 80%.

We offer a "size-up" order add-on: pick 3–5 players who are borderline, and we cut them one size larger with an internal waist drawcord so the shorts adjust as they grow.
Youth teams get "custom" jerseys that are really adult blanks with vinyl decals — the vinyl peels after a few washes and the roster looks patchy.
Full dye sublimation means the name and number are dyed into the fabric. There's nothing to peel off. Every jersey looks the same at game 1 and game 30.
