What Youth Football Uniforms cover
Youth football uniforms are the game kit for Pop Warner and rec leagues, youth tackle programs, and middle school teams — a jersey cut to sit over youth shoulder pads and a pant with pockets for thigh and knee pads. The youth pattern has a shorter body, narrower shoulders, and a lighter fabric, so the uniform fits young players instead of hanging off them.
We cut, print, and sew every order at our Sialkot facility and ship factory-direct to USA leagues and schools. Leagues can order several age divisions in one run, with every player sized to their own measurements.
Common problems teams bring us, and how we solve them
Youth jerseys are adult cuts in small sizes — the sleeves cover the elbows and the hem hangs below the pants.
Our youth pattern is drafted for kids: shorter sleeves, a shorter body, and a proportional armhole, with stretch shoulder panels that hold the jersey tight over pads.
Leagues with many teams need matching uniforms in different colors, all by the same date.
One design can run in several colorways in the same production batch, so every team in the league gets its kit at the same time.
Kids grow over the season and the jersey no longer covers their pads by playoffs.
Mark borderline players on the roster to size up one size. Pants come with an adjustable waistband and belt loops so they fit through a growth spurt.
