How do we print this kit?
We use full dye sublimation. The ink turns to gas and bonds with the polyester fibers, so the color becomes part of the fabric. It does not sit on top as a layer.
Because the ink is in the fabric, stripes, logos and numbers stay soft and flexible. You can print as many colors as your design needs.
We match your team colors to Pantone references, so the shade you pick is the shade we print. Colors can look different on a screen, so we confirm them on the design proof.
Which fabric does the kit use, and how do you care for it?
The kit uses performance polyester knit with four-way stretch. The fabric moves with the player’s arms and shoulders, and it takes sublimation well. Players wear the jersey over shoulder pads, so freedom of movement matters.
We test fabric for shrinkage before cutting. Care is simple: wash cold, turn the jersey inside out and hang it to dry.
How should the jersey fit?
Size the jersey over the player’s pads, not over a T-shirt. A hockey jersey sits over shoulder pads and elbow pads, so it needs more room than a normal shirt.
