What Makes Custom Sublimated Baseball Jerseys Different
Sublimation is a dye process, not a print layer. The ink turns into a gas under heat and pressure and bonds into the polyester fibers themselves. Nothing sits on top of the fabric, so there is nothing to crack, peel, or fade after repeated washing.
Screen printing and heat transfer add a layer that can stiffen, crack, or lift over a season. With custom sublimated baseball jerseys, the design is part of the fabric, so the jersey stays light and flexible and the colors stay sharp.

- Approve the proof. We send a free digital design proof. Revise it until it is exactly right.
- Submit your roster. Send names, numbers, and sizes for every player.
- Production. Your jerseys are sublimated, cut, and stitched. Production typically takes 12–15 days.
- Shipping. Every order is quality-checked before it ships with tracking to your door.

Caring for Sublimated Jerseys
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, skip bleach and fabric softener, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Because the color is dyed into the fabric, sublimated jerseys hold up well to regular game-day washing.
